Fact Sheet

BRIDGING THE SKILLS GAP

Employers report a lack of skilled labour in the supply chain sector. Many graduates are ill-equipped for the workplace when they leave university, so we are working with employers to develop recent graduates to bridge the skills gap and stimulate economic growth.

REDUCING YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT

In Kenya, 24% of female youth are not in education, employment or training (1). Unemployment affects women disproportionally, so we are facilitating internships with employers to help recent female graduates successfully transition to working in supply chain management.
